I often remember one Easter long ago--my kids & My sisters kids were all little---we drove to where my sister & her husband lived--dressed the kids all up--looking sweet * innocent (not so innocent getting them all ready at once !!) & headed for church together. My Mom was still alive & with us as were my younger brother. I have photos of those kids--the girls all in Easter bonnets. Its a nice memory to pull up now that I am the last one left in my family.
Our more recent Easters have for sev yrs been a big party & Easter egg hunt at my oldest daughters home. They have a hug park like yard & hide dozens of plastic eggss every yr & every yr there are more little grandchildren to join in the big hunt. The youngest ones get to go out first --then the next group --by age. We pray for a dry sunny day--so far so good each yr--even a few sprinkles dont spoil the fun for the kids.
