My favorite meal is meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn on the cob. I love it! But don't have it often at all now that I am eating much more healthy. I will still have it a couple times a year which is ok. Moderation is the key when eating a healthy lifestyle.
My favorite dessert is strawberry shortcake with cool whip free on it. Oh sooooo gooood! Again not something I have often, but I do enjoy it when I have it!
As for candy or snacks, I like Fritos Scoops dipped Tostitos mild salsa. Yummy! And.my favorite candy bar is a 3 Musketeers bar. Again, all in moderation.💙
