Lori, Yes, you definitely can do them on your bed. At the PT I was on a bed/table like in Doctors. offices. I wish I knew how to describe the exercises better. I actually googled my problem and they showed the same ones they had me doing. I say my hip, but they said it was my glutes, the muscles in my rear end. I didn't believe them, because the pain was so deep, like in my bones. But I guess they were right. It was very painful to step up on a curb or a step.
