need some pointers in right direction

I need some pointers in the right direction. I'm very interested in getting into ultralight flying, particularly a helicopter type as I have limited runway space on my property. If anyone could send me links to some sites for beginners, maybe something on laws about flying these, and any other relevant info I might need, it would be greatly appreciated. I live in northern Florida, so I would need something that pertains to the area I'm in. Once again thanks for any help. Please send any info to my email: TattooRebel@aol.com
