WELCOME to those "daring young men in their magnificent flying machines"!
(Welcome also to, all ages, both guys & gals, and the earth bound machines)
WHAT: Husker Ultralight Club Fly-In
WHEN: September 8, 2002.....dawn to dusk
WHERE: Bish Bird Nest (located 4 miles west & 1/2 mile north of Giltner)
WHY: Day of Flying, Food, Fun and Fellowship
Husker Ultralight Club Meeting to be held in hanger at 3:00pm.
works for you, at the Bish Bird Nest. We will provide coffee, juices and rolls
in the morning. For the noon meal, we will provide hot Bar-B-Q beef
sandwiches (also plain beef), baked beans, potatoe chips and cold drinks.
We would appreciate a salad or desert from club members....or whatever
you can strap on your flying machine! There's a refrigerator in the hanger,
and your table service will be provided for you.
We do ask for a pre-signed waiver from those of you that will be flying into
the Bish Bird Nest, as this is a planned event. Just contact us and we will
be happy to mail you a waiver. (402) 849-2973) Those of you who signed
a waiver in 2001, do not need to sign a new one this year.
