PPG info THIS WEEKEND FELLOW FLIERS Really looking good. I am working on the trailer and got the new prop for the cruiser and it will all come together. You have all watched the weather I’m sure. Winds are a touch to breezy on Saturday and looking better for Sunday. FOD is wet and sloppy but if you got a dry place for flying let us know! Sunday I am planning to go to Plattsmouth Airport to fly. Although the skydivers are also there this week end. Maybe you remember Ken Bader, he’s a sky diver and also flies a PT Quad. He has asked me to join him there at the airport.
A few week back I had mentioned the SAC Museum having an indoor fly-in and with other displays of local aircraft. It is set and Midlands Sports Paragliders will be having a display. March 26-27, on the 25th will be the set up day. I am displaying three (3) for sure and in hopes of getting to fly, I have not gotten permission as of yet, Pending. Along with my MSP sign, I will also be putting up the NCF sign ( a reminder that there is plenty of room for more PPC and PPG aircraft). Rich Foster is bringing his Eagle Scout. So If you want to take a couple of days and set up with us please do so. Please Let Me Know in advance.
RC and U Control Models of all size for the indoor flying. Omaha Sailplane club with a display, A fellow from Lincoln Bill Stukenholtz with Tow Hang Glider Display. Home build ultra light plane pending. If anything else maybe plan on coming out to visit.
A good weekend to get the old bird out and dust off, and maybe a run up to clear the carbs. Flying time is here. Well maybe not for some of you.
