I am 99.9% sure that we are related. My maiden surname was Talbot-Scobie. My Father (who died in 1985)was Andrew Duncan Talbot-Scobie. My Father had three brothers and one sister. My Grandfather's(your Great Grandfather - I think)frist names were Lewis Guy. Donald (who died in his 20s)was the oldest child followed by Kenneth, Boon (this was not his proper name I think it was Gordon or Duncan he died a few years after the war ended, followed by Faith and then my Father. Kenneth and Faith went to Australia when I was very young. Kenneth was married to Phyllis and they had a son Neale (not sure on the spellings of the last two names)at the time of leaving England and I do have a memory of them leaving. My Mother lives 6 doors away from me and remembers Kenneth well, she says that she thinks his second forename was Guy - she knows he was in the navy and a Leiutenant. I will not go into too much detail until I hear from you but we would be very happy to send photos of Kenneth and give you more information, if that is want you would like and you decided that we are definitely related. I do not have a computer at home but by employer's have given me permission to use my work machine. I would be so very pleased to hear from you. I know that this is not the navy reply that you expected but I hope you will be pleased nevertheless.
