Hello Richard, I saw a photo on this site that I recognised. The caption below stated that it was taken outside of hut 26 HMS Falcon in Malta and named your father (without hat) and S. "Spud" Taylor (with pipe). My late father Leslie Frank Roy Phillips (P.O. Air Fitter) is seated third from the right.
