HMS VENGEANCE.
I am truly sad to think that this ship, that has done so much for this country might end up in commercial hands. As a born Maltese, and an ex Navy Man (not WW2) I can appreciate what she and her sister ships did for the survival of Malta and this country amongst others.
If the Government think that it is too expensive to keep, then cut aid to countries that we support and who think very little of us afterwards. At worse, let her suffer the final dignity as the Warspite (battleship) and other brave man-of-war did, don't take her to the scrap yard, at best, please take her out to sea and let her vanish in dignity.
