Posted by H.M.S. VENGEANCE 'A "clique" within the Association, between Squadrons 1850 812 and First Commissions'. According to their letter to the Associate Member, dated 13th May 2006, they have suspended his membership for causing the above and the; 'Unity of the Association'. However, the Association have now changed their minds of the original reasons (stated above) for the suspension, in a postal ballot letter addressed to the Membership Members, post delivered on 2nd June 2006, to that of; The Association, from this letter, appears to be holding the Members to either ransom, blackmail or an ultimatum, in their postal ballot, stating that 'if the Membership do not uphold the Committee's decision, they shall resign en-block'. In the absence of any Rules or Regulations laid down in writing, surely it is the members decision to suspend individual's after a fair hearing, not a Kangeroo Court administered by Judge, Jury and Executioner's of the Committee, because they object to hearing the truth. Is this how a proper, professional, ex-Forces Association should be run?. Further information can be found at;

The Association in their wisdom, has suspended an Associate Member from the Association, for alledgedly causing;
1) Selling insignia at the reunion without permission (which he had from the Chairman).
2) Refusing to sell the Insignia to the Association and
3) For 'Scathing Comments' in written letters to the Committee.
