There were three military hospitals in malta during the ww2 1 was the 90th gen. hosp at mtarfa. the 2nd was the 45th at st.andrews and also at st.andrews was the 39th general hospital. but the 39th was dive-bombed at 7.am with a great loss of life.it was wiped out...
towards the end of 1942 early 43 there was a tent
hospital at Ghadira near Mellieha it cared for a lot of Yugoslav Partisans I was there.
