In the unlikely event of a meeting being cancelled it will be announced directly by the club concerned on THE CLUB NOTICE BOARD. Ignore any posts placed in this forum unless there is a corresponding entry on THE CLUB NOTICE BOARD. Most clubs can be contacted by telephone, numbers on the Club Contacts page. We now have more sophisticated software to track posts maliciously claiming a meeting is cancelled when it is not. We will not hesitate to forward details to the authorities.
