This thread will be kept at the top of the forum as a quick and easy way to communicate with Clubs. Each time an addition is made to this thread the date in the subject heading will be updated.
28th April 2008. We have now put in place a notice board that can only be accessed by clubs. A club must register to use the new board, maximum of two registrations per club please, with a User Name and Password. Before a notice can be posted to the board it is necessary for you to log in with your registered user name and password.
Registration is not automatic and requires authorisation, if we are in doubt of the authenticity of the application we will reject it or contact you by telephone, hence the reason on the application form for your telephone number and date of birth. (Ladies it need not be your correct birth date but whatever date you select please make a note of it)
Please only use the Club Notice Board for extremely IMPORTANT messages such as cancellation of a meeting, in fact please try to keep the new board just for this.
The link to the Club Notice Board is directly below the link to the Main Forum on the home page
20 March 2008 Most email services have spam protection. Often emails from new addresses automaticaly go in a folder called something like JUNK or SPAM or BULK. If you find an email in one of these folders you should be able to select it and move it into your IN box or click a box that says 'not spam'. Its good practice to add email addresses to your address book, your PC will not 'Junk' known emails.
Check your Junk, Spam or Bulk folders daily, you may find an email in there telling of a Lotto win!
17 March 2008. A rolling page of club meeting 'Advert Posters', arranged in date order, are now being uploaded into Coming Events. Once a meeting has taken place the top Advert Poster would be removed and the following weekend poster/s will then be at the top. For clubs who do not produce their own poster we have a basic poster template and will add their details to that, all providing they supply us with details in the first place. This of course does not stop clubs also putting details on the forum as well.
So if you have an existing poster please email it to grasstracknet and we will upload it or if not we can put your details on a poster template.
16th March 2008. Please check fixture lists and club contact details and use the above Form Mail for ammendements
