I understand the need for continuing to post and talk about this, but i also know that it changes nothing. Its a problem In TPRI that can not and will not be solved. Only the eventual federal bailout will temporarily fix this. The meek measures that this state has taken towards solving this problem is very similar to swatting flies out side at a summer picnic. You might feel a little bit better, but nothing actually changes, it just gets worse.
