Here's another case as to why the Death Penalty has to go... and why the people who end up paying the penalty often has more to do with politics and little to do with the situation at hand.
He even save the life of prison guards....and prison guards were seeking to help with his clemency petition.
It doesn't matter...and this is proof that the death penalty does not deter crime, is not fairly applied.....and simply NEEDS TO GO.
