East St. Louis has 9 cents available for every dollar of future benefits for bloated unfunded mandates. I dont blame the people who have been promised this golden goose, but the crooks who ripped the state off knowing damn well the money wasnt there. Illinois state pension debt is now the worst in the country, equal to 505% of the states revenue. And yet, these crooked Democrat politicians continue to get elected, and continue to do nothing to remedy the problem. Weak a## Republicans that somehow get elected barely whisper to themselves about the situation, they know rocking the boat will just get them tossed out on their a##es. Bernie Madoff is a petty thief compared to these rats, hes not in the same league as these so called leaders that will never be held accountable like he has been. The ones raking it in are gluttoness of course, but they arent the real villains here. JB of course will continue doing what he does, and pour more gas on this fire.
