I see him managing the Padres next season. The Cubs wont be going away, they will be right back in the thick of things next season. Losing Baez late in the season killed them. Lester is no longer a top pitcher, and with Hamels that starting staff has a lot of age on it. I see the Reds getting in the mix next season and challenging in the NL Central which isnt the strongest of divisions anyway. The Pirates will more than likely fall even farther back, and they will probably be without their child molester closer in 2020.
