There is so0mething wrong with the date of birth here...I did change this date to 1919...but this is the year that my dad was born and both dad and Goni would have been 100 years old in 2019???
But, Goni was a very good friend of mine and she was teaching at the high school when I graduated in 1961.
She (Goni) was a very beautiful woman...and tho she never married, she and Monroe Worthen were rumored to have been sweethearts at the time of his (Monroe's) death when I was selected as the Maintenance Carpenter in 1994...now they are together again.
I will go and see Goni tomorrow at I rwin Chapel on Maryville Road.
