I am no politician and not into politics but I am an old man but I have seen this before. I think Hillary sees what happened at her last run. She got tired, sick, I really dont know. It would make sense for her to "lay in the weeds" and wait. She probably has enough support that she could get the Democrat nomination, although I don't think she could stand a chance of winning. I think Trump supporters would double down and vote in great numbers to keep her out.
