Trump didn't say he would give something in return.
Biden bragged about pressuring Ukrainian officials to fire the prosecutor investigating his son (who was involved in some seriously shady business dealings with Burisma) or risk losing out on a $1 billion loan from the US.
^^^ Biden is your quid-pro-quo......
Some Democrats say they hope Biden is hurt by this, thus opening the door for the Fake Indian or crazy Bernie.
