It's absurd to think 'more good guys with guns' will solve the problem.
That's the only solution some people have.
I was listening to Dave Ramsey the other day, about the only conservative I can stomach when he's not talking politics.
He makes a good point ---
If you want to get rich, are you going to seek advice from your brother in law who is deep in debt? If you want to get rich, you want to learn from rich people who they got there.
If you want to lose weight, are you going to take advice from someone who is overweight? Wouldn't you want to talk with someone who was successful at taking off the weight?
Well I ask the same question, if we want to be a safe nation wouldn't we want to do what other safe nations do??
