I don't understand how Pontoon Beach went 95% of the summer without anyone spraying for mosquitoes. West Nile and now this new Triple E virus is spreading state to state. Everyone I know couldn't stand to be out in their yards this summer and the complaints fell on deaf ears.
The mayor allowing this under his watch is completely out of character for him. I don't know how they continued their music in the park evening concerts with the mosquitoes this bad.
