And why wouldnt they, those are good solid new base voters? They have decided why just pander to the elderly who may not have many election cycles left in them?? Sure, they will still try to scare grammy and grandpa but the new, young, dependent voter coming in from other countries is where its at now. They may be even more important than felons in prison that they want to reel in also.
