Well Riverbender, i guess they feel what can possibly be more liberating than to just lower your pants and drop a deuce wherever and whenever the mood suits you. Im sure it is some sort of discrimination for anyone to question something as natural as that. I mean what the hell, in that city you already have to be mindful of needles when out and about whats the big deal in also keeping a look out for human waste?
