    IDOT does not control the timing of the lights on the stretch of 203/Nameoki road between O'Briens and the steel mill. The city does. I agree with Elcooksta and Worker A, it is behind ridiculous. The light on 203 at the Walgreens and Long John Silver is the worst. I have seen people coming southbound on that stretch, take a quick right and u-turn back out, and take a right turn and head south again. I have also noticed the stop signs in the middle of side streets! WTH?!?!

    It is disappointing to see such piss poor management of what has the potential to become a pretty good melting pot in the area.

    People have a tendency to not to want to come back to something that is an annoyance. Some people's time is scarce.

    I used to have optimism, but the more and more I dig into and observe "the beast"...I am not so sure anymore.

    When you have Ed Hagnauer as your mayor that is lowering the IQ bar extremely low.
