I wanted to stay home myself in 08, but somehow was able on the eve of the election to convince myself to vote for the sellout John McCain. It was embarrassing to watch him stutter and stammer while repeating the same one line over and over for every debate question, and yet i saw him as the best option. People that dont vote sometimes are told they have no right to complain. Im not altogether sure i agree with that thought process but i get it. People stay home every election which is just fine with me. Id rather have 1000 people that have a clue whats going on vote than 10 Gazzilion to vote that cant point to the state they live on while using a map. I dont know one Trump hater that stayed home, even if they had to go support the Democrat version of John McCain. Im sure they exist, but they are damn few and far between. People that are dialed in, that have an strong opinion either way dont stay home. If they do, than maybe they really dont have a b###h like many claim. Most everyone on this site excluding the Topix rejects have a very good understanding in why and what they believe in and support.
