The unions are solely responsible for it all, WOW. Union members usually dont have much of a choice, so they get exemptions, but many union higher ups are just as conniving as any other entity that controls a large sum of money. The few that try to operate as they were originally intended to, I have no major problems with, the ones that operate as branches of the Democrat party I do. Also, there is a difference between Public Sector and Private Sector unions. I get those that say, why didnt these workers seek other jobs while they were out of work. I get that, but some of these people identify as Steel Workers and it might be all they know. Younger people can change careers easily, its not as easy when you are a little older.
