My left handed granddaughter told me today that at school she has to sit in a right handed high school type desk. She says it's horrible to have to write on a desk that is designed for a right handed person.
Shouldn't there be a few desks designed for the lefties? Never being able to rest your elbow while writing or taking notes must be miserable. She says she has to sit funny in order to rest her left arm on the desk, then is told to sit back in her seat.
I know this isn't exactly as horrible as getting stomped by a group of bullies, but the school should still provide an ergonomically correct desk in my opinion.
