A couple people said to me, look at everything they are doing for that officer, and that he also will be paid for the time he is off. Why cant something be done for this woman? That's a really touchy one, and one that even i will not delve into to any real extent. Allow me this tap dance. I personally think this officer deserves every good thing that is being done for him and his family, but when the question was phrased in that manner it did make me wonder if a little more could be done for this woman. Its just speculation, she may be a royal pain in the ass, and beyond being helped. The officer we know did not ask for what happened to him, we just don't know about the unfortunate woman. In conclusion, the two cases do not relate to each other in any way. Sorry, that's the best i can do. This kind of problem solving is way above my pay grade.
