I wonder what would have happened to this POS if you were a conceal carry gun owner. I would have loved to watch him wet himself if he looked in your window and saw a gun pointed at him.
Ladies (men and children too) these creeps are hanging out everywhere trying to take advantage of you. You have to be completely aware of your surroundings including what's going on behind your back.
As you walk to you car, pay attention. No texting, no talking on a phone or reading your store receipt. Get to the car, take a quick look inside and get in. Don't play around inside the car. Throw your belongings in the seat and head out. You can make adjustments at a stoplight or when you get home.
When you get to your home, make sure no one is following you. If you suspect they are, keep driving. If you have a garage, hit the high beams when you pull in and make sure it's empty. As soon as you get in, close the door behind you while still in your locked car. If you have a detached garage with no other exit than the main door, take your remote with you and close the door once inside your house.
If you don't have a garage, look around your driveway and get out and to your door looking around the area while you do.
Keep the bushes and trees around your doors trimmed to a point where you can see behind them. Bad guys love to hide in bushes and grab someone after they get the door open.
If you have any type of weapon be it mace, sharp instruments such as the tiger claw gripper, keep them at the ready. If you see anything or anyone that looks suspicious, simply leave and call the police. Let them handle it.
My wife now carries and my daughter soon will. I don't care if they can hit what they shoot at but I want them to be able to scare the crap out of one of these animals if approached.
The police can't be all places at all times and you have to be your first line of defense. Be safe.
