I would have to agree Wally. I was raised in a much different era when we handled these types of things by ourselves. I am guilty of brushing them off today because I see them still going on. However, after reviewing that video and hearing the little animal who was recording it, I'm seeing a different level of aggression. These kids who are acting like this are a cancer to our community as are their parents. They are heathens, apparently raised by heathens. (hopefully the parents of the thugs are reading this)
This low class element moving in town is systematic of a community where most of the good jobs have left. The people who held those jobs once upon a time left them to rentals or sold them for half of what they were worth. When you do that, you break down the structure of society.
I hope this young lady is alright. I hope she gets back to school and thumbs her nose at these thugs as she walks across the graduation stage with honors.
I still sympathize to a degree with the schools and police because I don't know what laws/rules they can pass that put a stop to this kind of activity. The state and the feds have removed corporal punishment and things like zero tolerance. Sure, the board can pass anti-bullying policies but much like gun laws won't stop murderers, tighter rules won't stop trash from being trash.
Our country is in trouble folks. Glad I'm in the golden years.
