Rauner made an effort, but lets face it, hes no Scot Walker. Government unions give money to mainly Democrat politicians who then enact favorable legislation concerning the government unions. The tax payers get to pay for it all, thats how it works. Even many private sector unions do not go along with that unholy alliance, or Rauner would have never won in this state.Perhaps it is out of jealousy or maybe some just understand that it just isnt right.
