With all of the business that has recently been lost in Granite City, I hesitate to post this but......My son has a Wing Stop card that is still loaded, twice we went to the restaurant to use the card and both times we were told that their reader wasn't working so we had to pay out of pocket. I have called the company twice and because it is a franchise, noone ever calls back. I hate to see anyones business got out of business but this is ridiculous. I truly believe that if you treat people right in a business you will be rewarded with loyalty.
