    Hey everyone, I am teaching DDP Yoga at American Family Fitness Mondays and Wednesdays from 1830-1930.

    What you will need:
    -$3 for the class
    -Yoga mat
    -Water
    -Towel
    -Heart Rate Montior (not REQUIRED, but highly encouraged).
