What does a former AFSCME Union president say about Alan Dunstan's job performance?
According to court documents Dunstan tolerated the watching of porn at work by his county administrator for over two years.
For two years Dunstan's secretary brought complaints to him that she was being sexually harassed by former administrator Jim Monday, who would watch porn on his computer and intentionally face the computer screen so she could see it.
Dunstan's and Monday's office were next to each other.
They shared the same secretary that brought the sexual harassment suit and who won a large settlement paid by the county..
According to court documents Dunstan tolerated the watching of porn at work by the county administrator.
This is only one case of many of sexual harassment in the county made by women.
When it comes to Dunstan's duties as Chairman it looks like he doesn't have any, except to travel and make speeches.
According to Dunstan...“Basically, a lot of my duties is I run the county board meetings. I do a lot of — you know, I’m out of the office a lot.” “I let the day-to-day operations of the county be run for — with Joe Parente or somebody like that.”
In answer to a previous question Mr. Dunstan: “I — I — this — the way this works is probably she — you know, I’m gone a lot, I’m on trips. You know I do things. I’m on a speaking circuit.”
Dunstan is seeking his forth term as county board chairman and has been on the county board for 35 years.
