It's hard to tell... I use a 'the truth is in the middle policy' unless the evidence is conclusive.
The FBI found no wrongdoing and the hate media thinks she's satan incarnate and should be in jail. (Alex Jones, Michael Savage, Hannity...et al.)
She is undoubtedly a flawed candidate --- but after reading editorial after editorial --- they mostly articulate my views --- even papers that haven't endorsed a Democrat in their 150 year history...
Thought she's flawed and many disagree with her positions, she has experience at governing, she has foreign policy experience and doesn't speak in blathering generalities.
I support Hillary even without taking into account what an utter clown Trump truly is....and I know it's wrong for me to put the pejorative while taking the high ground against Trump.
Across the country, kids are finding themselves suspended and expelled for quoting Trump and using his policy positions in racist humor. He truly brings out the worst in who we are and I am extremely uncomfortable with him as our leader.
I agree that Americans are angry and want change from the normal way of doing things. Still, I expect the person with the highest office in the land to ----
1. Have decorum and a temperament to lead, period, and with all that entails. There are plenty of business leaders who can conduct themselves with class.
2. Have a basic knowledge of the Constitution and even some knowledge of case law.
3. Have a basic knowledge of foreign policy. It's okay that he disagrees with our trade deals and wants to take a business approach, but he needs to know all those angles.
4. One who speaks in specifics and not in blathering generalities and then says "You'll see later"
I know you all are pissed at status quo government --- and you want change --- and Hillary represents the farthest thing from which you had hoped to see happen...
But I am telling you the Republican electorate made a BIG mistake in the primaries.
You had John Kasich, Rubio, Bush, Fiorina and a few people that would have been just as bad like Christie ---- and people doubly scary like Ted Cruz.
But there was viable opposition, there were classy and competent people, albeit wrong --- could have still provided a steady hand and present their case as a leader should.
Hillary is so flawed that any one of them could have really given her a challenge and changed the guard at the white house.
They picked Donald Trump.
1. Some say he financed his campaign but he's not beholden to special interest. Bull -- he is a special interest in and of himself and whatever his policy is -- it will first benefit Donald Trump before it ever benefits you.
2. SOme say "He says what is on his mind and what many are thinking and he foregoes political correctness." The value of truth and the value of decorum and class do not factor into this calculus, and I question where people are if they believe that Trump speaks for them.
Hillary Clinton (whether we like it or not) is the only viable choice for the presidency.
I did not vote for her in the primary, but I have no choice but to vote for her on Election Day.
For those choosing to vote for Donald Trump, and reason is unable to pervade your outlook on these matters --- I urge you to listen to Donald's instructions and follow them to a tee.
