I just watched a news article on two more police officers whose lives were taken yesterday by some low life. They were responding to a domestic called in by the mother of the shooter. They simply knocked on the door and asked him to come out of the house and he opened fire according to reports.
One of the officers was a new mother of a four month old. That child now grows up without a mother. The other officer after serving 35 years, was set to retire in December. He'll never know the benefit of years and years of public service given.
I pray that police officers here in Granite and all over the country NEVER change the way they've done their job because of the way they are now being portrayed by the liberal media, groups like BLM and of course our nations' leader.
I pray these officers approach every situation with caution and care and that they know the majority of us want them to end their watch safely.
We've made our LEO's targets and labeled them as bad guys because a handful at best have placed the whole profession in a bad light.
Surgeons lose patients, lawyers lose cases but only our police officers are executed because they are judged by the media.
RIP to these two officers. One will now watch over her baby from above and one will fish the streams of heaven. Both should know their service to their city and our nation is appreciated.
