Am auction of the property was advertised at one point on that sign. I'm not sure how this sale took place but if you have the particulars, let us know. If he got it for a song, you are right, some citizens may have wanted in on that deal. I wonder if a group may have purchased it for a few thousand and then sold it to one of these companies who wanted that corner but didn't want to pay Gitchos inflated price.
