I wouldn't jump on this one too quick Star. Rumors run rampant but there's no way they would go along with some type of halfway house in a building that size.
Is this a negotiating year for the school unions? If so, there should be minimal changes to any contracts.
You are correct that the tax bills went up because of the money the school borrowed. If you remember, Greenwald told us that would happen during his presentations. I was expecting mine to go up but it didn't go up as much as I thought it would.
If you hear more of this "heroin house", please share as this is something that should be discussed with the public as well.
