    He's earned his retirement. Yes, I recall his original place of business, too. Tom had all my family's business. Best mechanic i ever had, that due to his guaranteeing his work. One time I had a car go in for tuneup, and 2 weeks later something sounded wrong with the car. So, I took it back to him, he went to work on it, and fixed it. No extra bills. What happened was that the person who first worked on my car didn't tighten all the bolts down. Tom reckoned it cost him ~$300 with labor/material to do it right.
