YouTube is full of people's personal stories about using cannabis oil for treatment (it's not the same as the vegetable type oil you can get in health food stores...it's a thick, black concentrated oil made by a somewhat simple but meticulous method). Even people who first didn't like the idea that it was from the "marijuana" plant and reluctant raved about it's results.
