NO, it does not go over the railroad tracks on Morrison road. The NEW road worked! Breckenridge was flooded. The new connection starts on corner of lake and Breckenridge. Just pass this corner lake was flooded at the curve to the trailers. This NEW road enable the people to get out of "tank town" Dunstan and his gang did something right this time.
