I am by no means downplaying the severity of the flooding. I feel for the folks who are affected by it and only hope their insurance don't jerk them around. I am just thankful that we aren't having normal December weather. If this had been snow, I believe the whole area would have been shut down for days with emergency crews having problems getting to people. I remember '82, and was thinking this may have been worse.
