You don't need "bait" you're probably seeing carp.. If you have any corn in a can, or left over for Christmas, you can put that on a hook, and it will work.
Anybody have any ideas on how to stop a lake from forming on the south end of your house? Thats my current problem. As it sits, "Lake Machine" is about 4" deep, and it's slowly weeping into my basement.
