I'm no John McCain fan but Trump's statement that he wasn't a war hero was a slap in the face to all POWs.
John McCain was a war hero 40 years ago. Today, he's pretty much just a dumb @sshole.
Doing an honorable thing 40 years ago, does not give you a free pass to be a douche the rest of your life. Nor does being a war hero make you fit to be a public servant.
