They have been that way for at least 4 months. You can also include the lights at St. Clair/203 and Victory/203.
I timed them early one morning (there was absolutely no traffic around at the time)and the timing was like this:
Crossroads Plaza/203 The light changed to red on 203 every 18 seconds and remained red for 14 seconds. The 14 seconds it was a green coming out of Crossroads, not Walgreens.
Lindell/203 The light changed to red on 203 every 20 seconds and remained red for 16 seconds. The 16 seconds it was green coming out of Lindell, not the shopping center.
St. Clair/203 The light changed to red on 203 every 24 seconds and remained red for 12 seconds. The 12 seconds it was green coming out of Schnuks.
Victory/203 The light changed to red on 203 every 17 seconds and remained red for 25 seconds. The 25 seconds it was green coming out of Victory.
