    In my view, Nepotism "worked" when you were truly a small town....

    But it doesn't anymore, especially with a diverse population. This is not a f$%#$%g family business....

    Nepotisers (made that up) you may survive another 10 years...but you will lose and so will your families.

    Good people or bad...it doesn't matter.
