That "Joes Tires" is nothing more than some P.O.S. wanting or needing a place to work on cars and dump his car parts. Knowing full well that any decent neighborhood would not allow him to do so in his drive way or on his own property.
So, I guess his remedy to this problem was to rent a building zoned commercial and junk up that area thinking he does not have to answer to complaining neighbors. His latest addition to the property would be the "Rolling Turd" that now sits at the intersection of Pontoon Rd and Cargil. I think he should not be allowed to rent that property, unless he is actually going to run a business out of it.
The engine noises coming out of that place at all hours is unbelievable. The frequently blocked railroad tracks on Pontoon rd has now forced this guy to re-route his race track. His new route is to fly like a bat out of hell off that property and down Cargil rd past Grigsby school. It sounds like an old re-run of The Dukes of Hazzard late at night.
My guess is, he will continue to get by with this crap till someone gets hurt or killed or some sort of property is damaged.
