Which tactic does this fall under?

You're angry at the district because your "little precious had issues at school".....(meaning you have a problem child and are unreasonable and a bad parent, because that's the only reason anyone could be anti-school board)

You are unreasonably angry and we'll make sure everyone thinks you are a whack job.....(meaning we'll discredit you and no one will take you seriously even when you are telling the truth or are able to direct someone to considerable wrong doing)

Read the auditor's report on the link I sent you. The only reason you would not be upset by this information is because you are or were upper level school district.

And last year at contract time wasn't there some nasty business about the board not filing certain reports on time resulting in a $300,000 loss?

That doesn't make you angry? That would make any normal, hardworking taxpayer angry considering they are sending Greenwald out to stump for more cash.

And I've heard that's just the tip of the iceberg. I don't believe not filing a timely report is illegal, maybe there's more, I hear there's more.

And I've heard this is all PRE-Greenwald. Thus a forensic audit...misdeeds done in the recent past.

    All I'm saying.
