I look at it this way, since the union threw that threat of exposing the truth by forensic audit, the district WILL NEVER negotiate in realistic terms.
At least not until the statute of limitations has expired for whatever they are worried about.
Yep, the union has them (the district) and the district knows it and will AVOID STRIKE TALK AT ANY COST...can't risk another threat of a forensic audit.
